Crafted in collaboration with Shortcross Distillery, this 8-year-old single cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is an exclusive release for Stitch & Weave. Distilled at the renowned Rademon Estate Distillery in County Down from a mash bill of two-thirds malted barley and one-third unmalted barley, it was fully matured in a first-fill ex-bourbon barrel and bottled at 55% ABV. Bursting with vibrant orchard fruits, honeyed malt, and milk chocolate, it delivers a full-bodied profile with a long, luxurious finish of sweet spice and dried fruit. Bottled at natural color and non–chill filtered, this limited-release whiskey is a rare and collectible addition for enthusiasts.
