A 7-year-old double-distilled Irish malt whiskey from Great Northern Distillery, finished in a specially sourced 64-litre Pedro Ximénez sherry cask from Casknolia.

Rich and full-bodied, with layers of raisins, dried figs, dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla and warming spice. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 51.93% ABV.
