Stitch & Weave is thrilled to unveil a Limited 8-Year-Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, crafted in collaboration with Shortcross Distillery. Fully matured in a first-fill ex-bourbon barrel and bottled at a robust 55% ABV, this single cask release showcases the signature depth and richness of traditional Irish pot still spirit. Distilled at the renowned Rademon Estate Distillery in County Down from a mash bill of two-thirds malted barley and one-third unmalted barley, it is a rare and distinctive addition for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
Appearance: Golden Amber
Nose: Vibrant orchard fruits lead the way, complemented by luscious layers of honeyed malt and hints of milk chocolate.
Palate: Full-bodied and rich, coating the palate with silky textures and developing into sweet spice and dried fruit.
Finish: Long, luxurious, and warming, with lingering notes of sweet spice, orchard fruits, and a subtle chocolatey richness.
